If you are looking for help in the repair of your massage chair that was not purchased directly through us, You must first provide us with an in focus digital picture of your chair, remote and manual cover (or any portion thereof), to the following email address; info@hitechmassagechairs.com
If upon receipt of your digital photos, we determined that we can indeed provide you the technical support and parts necessary to get your chair back to working order, an initial fee for diagnosing your chair problem is $55.00. This includes the first ½ hour or less of telephone/email support. This fee may include diagnosing your problem, providing you with links for parts identification and location when applicable and instructions on removal of part(s) for repair.
The cost of the part(s), shipping of the part(s) and any technical support and labor needed for actual repair time at our facility as well as additional technical telephone and email support after the first ½ hour will be billed at $110 an hour.
You will be provided the cost of the part(s) and cost of part(s) shipping before you are billed for said part(s).
You must provide us with a payment option before we can begin the technical diagnosis of your massage chair problem, but please feel free to email us your photos and a description of the problem first.
We are under no obligation to assist consumers who have purchased from any other company, website or retail outlet, a massage chair that we do not carry . But we feel your frustration and will do everything in our power to help you.
If your chair is un-repairable or to costly to repair we may be able to offer you a discount on one of our own chairs.
