After trying many chairs, I found the Elite a combination of features found in several other chairs. I wanted a deep and strong massage and it has the most power of any I tried, but you can also lower the power and just have a relaxing massage if that is what you are after.  I have found that if I have trouble falling asleep at night, I can sit in the chair for 15 minutes, let it do its thing and then when it turns off, I can sit another 10 minutes and it relaxes me completely for bed.  I also like that it covers my entire back area, well down into the lower back.  I think it is the best chair on the market and when my family or friends come over, they all fight over who gets to sit in it next.

The massage offered by your product approximates a human massage better than any chair I've tried.  It is certainly the strongest massage available in a product such as this.  The vinyl has a very expensive, leather like look and feel;  and the styling in attractive in a conventionally modern sense.

It's a great asset for our family.  Nine times out of ten it will put me to sleep in the 15 minutes it operates.  The massage strength works great for us.  We use the full strength.  The chair looks great with the other furniture too. I have no problems and have had no problems in the year that I have owned the chair.

I am delighted with my Hi Tech Massage Chair. In comparing it to other chairs I looked at, including the highest end Panasonic. I found my Elite Chair to be the best looking of the lot. The Elite chair looks like a quality piece of furniture. The other brands looked to plasticy with their protruding screen controls. I found the Elite chair to also have the best massage. The controls on the Elite chair were quite simple to use.

What is very important to me is that I ordered by phone and all the staff I spoke to were very professional. My chair was delivered to me in Canada in less than a week. I do not as a habit fill out surveys, but in this case it was something I wanted to do. I would buy another Elite chair and I highly recommend it. As for value, I could get 2 Elite chairs for the cost of 1 Panasonic. Hmmmm?

The massage chair is awesome!!! It's just like getting a full massage from a masseuse. It's great to look forward to after a hard days work, no matter if it's physical or mental "work". Congratulations for delivering a product that is possibly even better than "the real thing".

The stress reduction and therapeutic benefits far exceed all expectations. The strength of the massage can be regulated by simply adjusting the position of the back. Although I was not concerned with the appearance, I was pleasantly surprised how well this chair fits in with my other furniture. It is a valuable addition to my living room in looks as well as its value. My friends and I really enjoy the chair. Some of them enjoy it a little bit too much, I can’t seem to get them to go back home.

I purchased the chair for my wife, but a few weeks after we received the chair I was having back trouble.  I really did not think it would help but I save some money by using the chair instead of going to the chiropractor.   The lower back massage seemed to take my pain away for a few hours just like the chiropractor.  But I could always get back in the chair after a few hours I was not going back to the chiropractor.
